Frozen roti requires very less cooking time and no oil or ghee.
10 pieces of Kawan Roti Paratha in one pack
48% wheat flour, 8% wholemeal flour, water margarine (palm oil based), salt & baking powder (E500)
Remove a packet of roti from the freezer.
Peel one side of the plastic layering from the roti and place the uncovered side on a per heated pan.
Remove the second piece of plastic layering and cook for 1 to 1.5 minutes on a moderate flame.
Press the roti gently and turn it over. Cook for 1 to 1.5 minutes for fluffy roti.
