Chunks of basa fish marinated in a special spicy blend of Indian spices, infused in basil. The product requires de-frosting before grilling. It can be used as a very good starter or even as a cocktail snack. Goes very well with fruity wines.
Take the Cambay Tiger Chilli Basil Basa Fish out of freezer and de-frost.
Heat little oil in a pan. Pan fry the fish for 1 ½ minutes on each side. Serve Hot.
